At Rusty Fox Clay, each piece is handmade with care. Due to the nature of our products (earrings, necklaces, bookmarks, and other polymer clay accessories), we cannot accept returns for reasons of change of mind, hygiene, or general wear.
We only offer refunds or replacements if:
The item arrives damaged, or
There is a manufacturing defect
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@rustyfoxclay.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If a refund or replacement is approved, we will provide return instructions. You may be responsible for return shipping unless the fault is ours.
